Jurgens has 40 years’ experience in the Mining Industry and is a specialist in the field of Mineral Resource Management.

Jurgens’ Mineral Resource Management experience covers both underground and surface mining with exposure to Gold, Platinum and Uranium.

He uses this experience and understanding of the Mining Value Chain to drive value realization and transformation for mining clients on a project, organizational level, strategically as well as operationally.  Coupled with this, Jurgens has a proven track record of eliciting co-operation from multi-cultural teams.
